A very scarce French navy helmet. Based on the M26 army Adrian helmet with a shortened front visor.and the removal of the charactric comb. On the rear of the helmet a mounting pount forcthe gasmask filter was place with the hose extending over the wearers head which in turn connected to the top of the facemask.
The helmet is complete with its original liner and leather helmet strap. Overal a very nice and very rare helmet in very good condition.
