Very nice model German S98/05 Imperial/WW1 so-called “Butcher Knife” Bayonet.
Nicely maker marked “Waffenfabrik Mauser AG, Oberndorf”
dated “1915” in in the back of the blade
Complete with its original early leather with steel scabbard. Later scabbards were full metal made
In used but outstanding condition for a 111 year old bayonet.
